Getting Here

Beaver Works is open for classes, workshops, collaborative work, or events from 8:30a.m.–5:00pm daily. Please note that Beaver Works space is managed by both MIT and Lincoln Laboratory. A valid MIT ID is required for authorized access.

Parking

  • By Car:
    • Limited public parking is available on the street (most spots are metered)
    • Pay to park in nearby Technology Square Parking Garage at 595 Technology Square, Cambridge.
    • The MIT Visitor lot by Building 41 at 77 Vassar Street is an 8-minute walk.
    • Information on Visitor parking at MIT.
  • From Lincoln Laboratory:   
    • Laboratory employees can request an MIT Parking Lot pass through Lincoln transportation office.

Access to the Prototype Shop will be granted based on need and training certifications.
